Senomyx, San Diego, announced a collaboration with PepsiCo. The conglomerate will fund Senomyx’s Salt Taste Program. Senomyx uses proprietary science technologies to discover, develop and commercialize novel flavor ingredients for the food, beverage and flavor industries. PepsiCo will retain exclusive rights to salt flavor modifiers during the research period.
