San Diego-based Maxwell Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of ultracapacitor-based energy storage products, signed a long-term partnership agreement with the Chinese Railway Rolling Stock Corp (CCRC-SRI), the largest railway vehicle manufacturer in the world. The companies will jointly develop new application-specific, next-generation capacitive energy storage solutions for the Chinese rail market.
